At Hanifa, we strive for perfection in every silhouette. If your purchase isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, tagged items within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original condition with all Hanifa tags attached, then securely pack them using the original shipping materials if possible.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our team will process your store credit within 5-7 business days.
